I moved to Seattle a few years ago and the dark and dreary winters were really starting to get to me. I received this light as a Christmas gift and I love it! I use it first thing in the morning when I get to work. I have more energy in the afternoon than I used to and am in a generally better mood. |

Well, I just know that my mood has improved tremendously. I live in Germany and know I get sullen when the winter sets in. This is making a huge difference in my life. I didn't think it would work but it is great. I sit by it every morning for about thirty minutes. I recommend this for anyone who knows that they get down when there isn't enough sun. |

Bright light but not harsh. Great way to start the morning. Whether it really works or is just a placebo affect, I feel much less sluggish even after a couple of gloomy weather days if I use this while I eat breakfast. |
