Just as Sea Monkeys are not really a bunch of tiny pink people who wear crowns and hairdos and create ersatz civilizations, so too are Moon Shoes something short of a personal trampoline experience. Still, if you’re careful and have expectations that are somewhat earthbound, these springy little strap-on sandals can be an awful lot of fun. Built for people age seven and up with a maximum weight of 180 pounds, the Moon Boots have adjustable bindings to fit up to a USA men’s size 9. They are constructed of heavy duty plastic but the construction is such that the boots look likely to stay intact. As for how high they bounce, that’s going to depend on the bouncer’s size, leg strength, and bravery. And we would certainly recommend at least caution if not padding. --Charlie Williams |

Not a good buy |

My daughters ages 10 and 8 wanted the moon shoes for 2 yrs. They got them last Christmas and played with them for a few days and in the closet they went for a month or so the next time they wanted to use them the bands started breaking and we replaced then as the broke within 10 minutes all of the replacement bands were broke as well and my children weigh 80 and 60 pounds well within the weight limit. I don't suggest you waste your money on this product... |

Great toy for increasing activity level |

My daughter got these for Christmas and loves them. When we walk around the neighborhood she wears them and jumps all the way. She is 10 and usually complains about her legs hurting when walking and running but not with these! The rubber bands brake frequently and we need to replace them often but the shoes came with plenty. |

No bounce for the buck |

These were purchased for my Grandson for Christmas. They are hard to get on. Clumsy and don't have the effect they would have you believe. He never really used them and a waste of money. They were useless and also very dangerous. Defintely would not recommend. |

Not as great as I hoped they would be |

My daughter just turned seven and we got these for her birthday because she loves to be outside. She thought they were cool for a few days and now they are sitting in the garage. We put the appropriate number of strings on for her weight (56 pounds) but she doesn't seem to bounce very high. And she needs help getting them on. She was upset because some neighbor boys made fun of her due to the fact that they are so big and awkward looking. I wouldn't tell someone not to buy them but I wish I would have gotten something else for her. |

hey these moon shoes are cool i have a mate who has some a had a go and a didnt want to get off so am going to buy me self some argos dose not have any in stock at the min so i'll try hear hope i get some !!!!! |
