I gave this as a Christmas present and it was perfect. I was able to easily show my mom how to use it and to load pictures on it. The remote is a great feature. |

I purchased a SmartParts SP800 frame and put it away as a Christmas present for my wife. It was a lemon out of the box when she opened it on Christmas day! Since the actual date of purchase was more than 90 days from Christmas there is no warranty, no recourse for re-imbursement and no longer any SmartParts company at all! I am amazed that these products continue to be sold by reputible companies such as Shoppreview when the manufacturer itself is bankrupt from selling junk! Do NOT buy SmartParts products! You will be left with an expensive paperweight! |

I originally purchased one of these on Black Friday as a gift for my dad. I did my research and couldn't figure out why this one was so much less expensive compared to other sites for the same exact make and model. I decided to give it a try and order it early enough that if it wasn't nice or a good quality, I still had enough time to return this one and buy something else in time for Christmas. When I got it, only a week after placing my order, I was so pleased with the quality and appearance that I quickly ordered a second one for my boyfriend. They both loved their Christmas gifts this year! |

Ok...but pricy |

This product is ok...but a bit pricy...you can get it cheaper at Best Buy or Office Depot....works fine...good resolution. Would have been better if it could run on batteries. that would have made it more portable. |
