The cover feels cheap and is not worth the $90.00 to $100.00 more than other covers that are available. The uneven surface catches dirt and results in faster wear and tear.
The hinges are a nice feature as is the inside softness of the cover. |

I own a purse and shoes from Cole Haan and I love them. the leather's quality is very exellent and the designs are great. So when I baught my first Kindle about two weeks ago, I wanted to buy a really good cover for it because I was so excited for my Kindle. And I chose Cole Haan's leather cover which looked really pretty in the pictures. The color looked great and so did the weaved design. But when I recieved it a few days later, I was very disappointed. The weaved leather's edges were poorly cutm and the cover's outside had white things on them. I tried hard to take them off. also, the inside was poorly made also, with uneven cut edges and glue popping out of the edges. Also, the hinges that holds the kindle was not that great for me. I was so scared that my kindle was going to break. I do not like this item and I returned it. As much as it cost me, I eas really, really disappointed. I still love Cole Haan, but I would'nt but another Cole Haan Kindle cover. I got a cheaper M-Edge cover and I'm waiting for it to come, I hope its better than this one. |
